Initial considerations

FLYGOL is an organization dedicated to entertainment through the simulation of GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes operations in a virtual environment. The use of the GOL logos has been authorized for FLYGOL and are registered trademarks of GOL Linhas Aéreas S/A.

For now, FLYGOL is approved on the virtual flight networks VATSIM and IVAO (links can be found on the homepage). We will soon be expanding the number of supported networks. The admission and continued membership of crew members at FLYGOL will not be permitted if they are registered with another virtual Gol airline or if they are VATBRZ staff members. If a violation of this clause is confirmed, the crew member will have their dispatch access blocked and will be granted a period of seven (7) days to present a defense; otherwise, they will be removed from the crew roster.
It is mandatory to use the 737 NG and MAX from the developers PMDG, iFly or ZIBO to perform flights with FLYGOL. Models from other developers or Default will not be accepted.

Permanence and Conduct

After admission, the crew member will receive an email with initial instructions and will have a period of 10 (Ten) days to perform their first flight, otherwise the system will delete the account automatically without the right to recovery because it does not contain any flight made.
All crew members are required to complete at least 1 (one) flight every 40 (forty) days. After this period without activity, the pilot will be considered inactive and may be subject to an inactivity penalty and account suspension.

While remaining inactive after 40 days without flights, the pilot will also be automatically removed from the Discord server. The account may be reactivated at any time by logging into our website. However, access to the Discord server will only be restored after completing a valid flight.
FLYGOL will retain user data until the account reaches a minimum score of -3,000 points for possible reactivation purposes. If the score drops below -3,000 points, all data will be automatically and permanently deleted.

Users who no longer wish to remain members of FLYGOL may cancel their membership at any time. To delete your account, access the profile/settings page in the dispatch system and follow the instructions available under delete account. Once your account has been closed, you will no longer receive any communications from FLYGOL.

The registration in FLYGOL is for personal and non-transferable use. In case of undue use, the crew member will be removed from the pilot board without re-entry.
No act of verbal aggression on VA crew or staff will be forgiven and the offending pilot will be removed from FLYGOL without re-entry.
Respect and cordiality are minimum requirements in our community.

It is strictly prohibited to publish adult, political, religious, or any type of pirated content on FLYGOL Discord communication channels.
Actions of this nature will be punished with warnings or exclusion of VA crewmember, depending on the severity of the event. Pilots using the name of FLYGOL for profit or other means that could harm the image of VA, such as: for example, creation of groups or profiles in social networks that demonstrate some type of link with the VA not being authorized, will be removed without re-entry.

Any attempt of damages, malicious actions or access to areas exclusive to staffs will be punished with the exclusion of the VA crew member without re-entry. All documents and files made available to the crew are exclusively used for the operations of FLYGOL and should not, under any circumstances, be distributed to third parties. In case of undue distribution, the crew member shall be removed from the VA crew without re-entry.

Register of flights

FLYGOL uses smartCARS 3 as a tool for registering flights. After sending the log, your flight will be listed as "Pending" and awaiting evaluation by one of the responsible staff. It is not necessary to wait for the revision of the log to carry out other flights by VA.

Flights displaying non-standard parameters must be justified by comments in the log (smartCARS provides a field for adding them). Just adding a comment to the log does not guarantee the approval of the log . A complete list of disapproval items is available in the DO. The pilot must fly respecting the equipment informed in his operational dispatch, being prohibited the use of another aircraft outside the FLYGOL standards.

It is strictly forbidden to fly outside the VATSIM or IVAO networks. Flights submitted as OFFLINE will be rejected.
Flying on both networks simultaneously, flying in partnership with another VA, or using other logging platforms is also prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in the deletion of the crew member’s registration.

Career path

All crew members, including staff, are classified by patents defined in the FLYGOL career plan.
The pilots will begin their career as Co-Pilot after joining. If the pilot has all the necessary requirements to advance to the next patent, the promotion will be automatically assigned after verification of the system. All details regarding patents, restrictions and other information are described in the Our Pilots.
FLYGOL has a maximum limit of active Copilots and Commanders this limit is automatically defined by the system based on current operations.

Registration and Proof of Admission

To join FLYGOL, you must be at least 16 years old, 500 hours of flight in the VATSIM or IVAO network and do not have a registration in another Virtual Gol.
The entrance exam will be available for completion as long as there are vacancies.
The total time to complete the test is 20 (twenty) minutes, with 60 seconds for each question. If the time runs out, the question will be sent automatically. The minimum percentage of correct answers is 80% (eighty percent). If this percentage is not reached, the candidate will be able to retake the test in 5 (five) days. Any deliberate attempt to circumvent the system will result in the candidate's banishment, that is, he will not be able to try to re-enter the VA. After approval, it is the duty of the crew member to read the NOTAMs and all documentation made available in the DO from time to time.

Final considerations

This regulation is mandatory for all FLYGOL members and may be changed without prior notice. In case of changes, all members will be notified via DISCORD, NOTAM or E-MAIL. Any change must be approved in a meeting where at least half of the staffs of the sectors where the changes will be present are present. In case of breach of this regulation, the pilot will be removed from the VA.
If you do not agree with any part of this regulation, do not take the entrance test.

Considerações Iniciais

A FLYGOL é uma organização voltada ao entretenimento através da simulação das operações da GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes em ambiente virtual. A utilização das logomarcas GOL foi autorizada para a FLYGOL e são marcas registradas da GOL Linhas Aéreas S/A.

Por enquanto, a FLYGOL está homologada nas redes de voo virtual VATSIM e IVAO (links podem ser encontrados na página inicial). Em breve, expandiremos o número de redes suportadas. Não serão permitidos o ingresso e a permanência de tripulantes na FLYGOL caso estejam cadastrados em outra Gol Virtual ou que sejam staffs VATBRZ. Caso seja constatada a quebra desta cláusula, o tripulante terá seu acesso ao despacho bloqueado, tendo o prazo de 7 (sete) dias para apresentar sua defesa, caso contrário será removido do quadro de tripulantes.
É mandatório utilizar o 737 NG e MAX das desenvolvedoras PMDG, iFly ou ZIBO para realizar voos pela FLYGOL. Modelos de outras produtoras ou Default não serão aceitos.

Permanência e Conduta

Após o ingresso, o tripulante receberá um e-mail com instruções iniciais e terá um prazo de 10 (Dez) dias para realizar seu primeiro voo, caso contrário, o sistema irá deletar a conta automaticamente sem o direito a recuperação por não conter nenhum voo realizado.
É obrigatório que todos os tripulantes realizem ao menos 1 (um) voo a cada 40 (quarenta) dias. Após esse período sem atividades, o piloto será considerado inativo, ficando sujeito à aplicação de multa por inatividade e à suspensão do cadastro.

Enquanto permanecer inativo após os 40 dias sem voos, o piloto também será removido automaticamente do servidor do Discord. A conta poderá ser reativada a qualquer momento mediante login em nosso site. No entanto, o acesso ao servidor do Discord somente será restabelecido após a realização de um voo válido.
A FLYGOL manterá os dados do usuário até que seja atingida a pontuação mínima de -3.000 pontos, para fins de possível reativação. Caso a pontuação seja inferior a -3.000 pontos, os dados serão automaticamente e permanentemente excluídos.

Os usuários que não desejarem mais fazer parte da FLYGOL poderão cancelar sua adesão a qualquer momento. Para cancelar sua conta, acesse a página profile/settings no despacho e siga as instruções disponíveis na seção delete account. Após o encerramento da conta, você deixará de receber qualquer tipo de comunicação da FLYGOL.

O cadastro na FLYGOL é de uso pessoal e intransferível. Caso seja constatado o uso indevido, o tripulante será removido do quadro de pilotos sem direito a reingresso.
Nenhum ato de agressão verbal a tripulantes ou staffs da VA será perdoado e o piloto agressor será removido da FLYGOL, sem direito a reingresso.
Respeito e cordialidade são requisitos mínimos em nossa comunidade.

É terminantemente proibida a publicação de conteúdo adulto, político, religioso ou de qualquer tipo de pirataria nos canais de comunicação da FLYGOL no Discord.
Ações desta natureza serão punidas com advertências ou exclusão do tripulante da VA, a depender da gravidade do ocorrido. Pilotos que utilizarem o nome da FLYGOL para fins lucrativos ou outros meios que possam prejudicar a imagem da VA, tais como: por exemplo, criação de grupos ou perfis em redes sociais que demonstre algum tipo de vínculo com a VA não sendo autorizada, serão removidos sem direito de reingresso.

Qualquer tentativa de danos, ações mal intencionadas ou de acesso a áreas exclusivas a staffs serão punidas com a exclusão do tripulante da VA sem direito a reingresso. Todos os documentos e arquivos disponibilizados aos tripulantes são de uso exclusivo para as operações da FLYGOL e não devem, sob hipótese alguma, serem distribuídos a terceiros. Caso seja constatada a distribuição indevida, o tripulante será removido do quadro de tripulantes da VA sem direito a reingresso.

Registro de voos

A FLYGOL utiliza o smartCARS 3 como ferramenta para registro dos voos. Após o envio do log, seu voo constará como "Pending" e estará aguardando a avaliação por um dos staffs responsáveis. Não é necessário aguardar a revisão do log para realizar outros voos pela VA.

Voos que apresentem parâmetros fora do padrão devem ser justificados com comentários no log (o smartCARS disponibiliza um campo para adicioná-los). O simples fato de adicionar um comentário ao log não garante a aprovação do mesmo. A lista completa de itens passiveis de reprovação está disponível no DO. O piloto deve voar respeitando o equipamento informado em seu despacho operacional, ficando proibido a utilização de outra aeronave fora dos padrões da FLYGOL.

É terminantemente proibido voar fora das redes VATSIM ou IVAO. Voos ENVIADOS como OFFLINE serão reprovados.
Também é proibido realizar voos simultaneamente em ambas as redes, voar em conjunto com outra VA ou utilizar outras plataformas de registro.
O descumprimento poderá resultar na exclusão do cadastro do tripulante.

Plano de Carreira

Todos os tripulantes, incluindo os staffs, estão classificados por patentes definidas no plano de carreira da FLYGOL.
Os pilotos iniciarão sua carreira como Copiloto após o ingresso. Caso o piloto possua todos os requisitos necessários para avançar à próxima patente, a promoção será atribuída automaticamente após a verificação do sistema. Todos os detalhes referente a patentes, restrições entre outras informações, estão descritos no Our Pilots.
A FLYGOL possuí um limitante máximo de Copilotos e Comandantes ativos, este limitante é definido automaticamente pelo sistema com base as operações vigentes.

Cadastro e Prova de Ingresso

Para ingressar na FLYGOL, é necessário ter no mínimo 16 anos de idade, 500 horas de voo na rede VATSIM ou IVAO e não ter cadastro em outra Gol Virtual.
A prova de ingresso estará disponível para realização enquanto houver vagas.
O tempo total para realização da prova é de 20 (vinte) minutos, sendo 60 segundos para cada questão. Caso esgote o tempo, a questão será enviada automaticamente. A porcentagem mínima de acertos é de 80% (oitenta porcento). Se esta porcentagem não for atingida, o candidato poderá refazer a prova em 5 (cinco) dias. Qualquer tentativa deliberada de burlar o sistema acarretará no banimento do candidato, ou seja, não poderá tentar ingressar novamente na VA. Após aprovação, é dever do tripulante a leitura dos NOTAMs e de toda a documentação disponibilizada no DO periodicamente.

Considerações Finais

Este regulamento é de ciência obrigatória para todos os membros da FLYGOL e poderá ser alterado sem prévio aviso. Em caso de alterações, todos os membros serão notificados via DISCORD, NOTAM ou E-MAIL. Qualquer alteração deverá ser aprovada em uma reunião em que estejam presentes ao menos metade dos staffs dos setores onde haverá as alterações. Em caso de quebra deste regulamento, o piloto será retirado do quadro de tripulantes da VA.
Caso não concorde com algum ponto deste regulamento, não realize a prova de ingresso.
